How do I book a taxi?

Enter your pickup location, destination, and preferred time on the home page. Choose your car type and confirm your booking.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept advance payment through our platform (18% of total fare) and the remaining amount can be paid to the driver in cash.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking in the following cases:

• Within 1 hour of making the booking (free cancellation)
• If the pickup time is more than 48 hours away (free cancellation)

When you cancel a booking, the refund will be automatically initiated for the advance payment.

How do refunds work?

After cancellation, the refund for your advance payment will be automatically initiated. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
