Free Cancellation Period

• Within 1 hour of making the booking
• If the pickup time is more than 48 hours away

Cancellation Charges

• 100% of booking amount if cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup

Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be automatically processed to the original payment method used for booking.

Refund Timeline

• Refund initiation: Within 24 hours of cancellation
• Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
• UPI/Net Banking: 2-3 business days

• Full refund in case of service unavailability from our end
• Full refund in case of natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances
